February 1, 2000

Dear CAC Members:

I just wanted to remind everyone of our next meeting. It will be on Tuesday, February 15, 2000, at 7:00 pm. The meeting will be held at the Mott Community Center. The Center is located at 12111 Braddock Road, Fairfax, at the intersection of Fairfax County Parkway (Rt. 7100) and Braddock Road.

The Fairfax County Sheriff’s Office will be our invited guest to talk to our members about the Sheriff’s Dept and also to fingerprint and photograph youths. The Sheriff’s Dept will also speak to us about their community program called TRIAD. The TRIAD program is for adults within Fairfax County. The purpose of that program is to educate, assist, reach out and communicate with senior citizens about crime prevention and criminal victimization against the elderly. Capt. Don Fatherree from the Sheriff’s Dept will be speaking to us that evening and promises it will be a very informative night. Also Sheriff Stan Barry will be in attendance at the meeting to talk to us about the Sheriff’s Dept.

Please feel free to invite anyone whom you may think this program would benefit. Everyone is welcome.

Your participation in this forum is yet another way to benefit your community.

Sincerely,

Valerie Kuczykowski

Chairman
