Meeting Letter

April 7, 2000

Dear Member:

I just wanted to remind everyone of our next meeting. It will be on Tuesday, April 18, 2000, at 7:30 pm. The meeting will be held at the Fair Oaks District Station in the Roll Call Room. We are located at 12300 Lee Jackson Memorial Highway, just west of West Ox Road.

The Fairfax County Police Motorcycle Squad will give a presentation about the Motor Squad and how they operate. The Motor Squad is just one of many specialized units within the Police Department.

We will also be discussing plans for the final meeting of the year. Your input and participation is greatly appreciated.

The web address for the Fair Oaks District Station Citizen’s Advisory Committee is http://delta1.net/fairoakscac/. The site is up and running and we still would like to have input from the members. If anyone has any suggestions or input please email Mr. Clark or myself through the website. Also we would like to add the names of the members to the site along with the neighborhood or HOA they represent. If your HOA is having a special event please let us know and we would be more than happy to post the event on the site.

Please feel free to invite other members of your HOA to attend the meeting. Everyone is welcome.
