Meeting Letter

Dear Member:

I just wanted to remind everyone of our next meeting. It will be on Tuesday, May 16, 2000, at 6:30 pm. The meeting will be held at the Fair Oaks District Station in the Roll Call Room. We are located at 12300 Lee Jackson Memorial Highway, just west of West Ox Road.

This will be our last meeting until September. As discussed at our April meeting our guest speaker will be Officer Jennifer Lescallett the Crime Prevention Officer for the Fair Oaks District Station. Also, all on duty officers for that evening have been invited to attend the meeting to get to meet the members of the CAC. We will also discuss ideas for next year’s meetings. Your input and participation does make a difference in your community.

In appreciation of your participation in the CAC for the past year we will have a lunchmeat tray and salads. We are asking our members to please attend and bring your favorite dessert and family with you.

I wanted to thank all the members that have regularly attended the meetings this past year and made it a very successful year. This year the CAC has learned a great deal more about our police department and has become more involved with Community Policing. Community Policing is a joint effort between the Police Department and the Citizen’s of Fairfax County.

Please feel free to invite other members of your HOA to attend the meeting. Everyone is welcome.
